Milestones

Elissa has been reaching new milestone lately! She's getting so big so fast! I think the most noticeable is that she is becoming much more vocal. Along with mama, and dada, she can now say...

high five (comes out together though..like Hive..lol)

Dog (sounds like dogga)

and she uses various inflection of "dada" to mean several things (like thank you - every time you give her something she says dada but differently than when she says it to mean dad) . You can always tell what she means by how she says it though.

She can also follow simple commands which is nice! Things like "put this in the trash, pick up your cup", or "go get your silkie (blanket)" are easily understood and followed by her now.

Like Trinity was, Elissa is a climber! It is always scary but even scarier when your one year old knows how to push and stack things to climb to high places! She'll pull out an under the bed toy box to stand on to climb in Houston's bed! In this picture she pushed that stool over to the couch and climbed right up! YIKES!

And I just added this because it's cute. She wasn't feeling well and her big brother and sister came to comfort her.
