I met sweet 2-week old Ethan on Thursday for a photo session. I think his parents were a little nervous about how well he would do but he was awesome! He was wide awake when we started and gave us a few sweet bright-eyed shots. Then he had a little snack and slept soundly for most of the rest of the session! I think we got some really great shots! I hope you enjoy them, Mom and Dad!
Remember this sweet couple whose Maternity photos I did a while back? Well their gorgeous baby boy ,Luke, made his appearance in late November! I was so excited to do his newborn photos (and hang out with his great parents in the process!) He was WIDE awake most of the time but we waited him out and got some great shots!
For this first shot I had visions of little Luke all curled up sleeping on his belly with a Christmas hat on in front of these lights. Luke, however, had different ideas. Thankfully his idea was pretty good too ;)
I'm pretty certain this is what is meant by that phrase. Sweet, peaceful, relaxed baby slumber.
I got to spend part of the day on Thursday, hanging out with this little guy and his mama. Perfect way to spend an afternoon!
Baby Jonathan is the only boy in a houseful of big sisters. To say he is loved and doted on would be an understatement! I hope you enjoy your pictures!
Yesterday I had the joy of meeting newborn baby Liam and his parents. He was such a little dream. He was wide awake and so content when we first began the session and I was able to capture some great eyes open shots from him! So alert! Then after a feeding he nodded off and slept like a champ through all sorts of poses and background changes. What a doll!

I was delighted to be able to photograph sweet little Samantha yesterday. It was a joy to hold and snuggle her and smell her sweet newborn smell but alas, I was there to take pictures so I had to put her down for a minute and pick up my camera. Isn't she darling? Remember the Maternity shoot I did a few weeks back? Well sweet Baby H is here and she is absolutely adorable! I had the pleasure of photographing her at nine days old. I love photographing this family. You could just see the love and pride beaming from big brother's faces as they introduced me to their little sister.
